Build me an open source Python framework for orchestrating multiple AI agents that can work together on bigger tasks.

I want two main ways to use it, one where a group of role based agents collaborate like a team, and another where I can set up event driven workflows with more precise control. It should be easy to define agents, tasks, and how they pass work between each other, and it should feel simple enough for beginners but flexible enough for real projects.

Please include a clear getting started path, a few example workflows like planning a trip, writing job descriptions, or doing a simple analysis task, and good docs that show how to connect the agents to a model. If there are best practices for building these kinds of agent systems, follow those. Look up current docs online if you need to.

I’d also like the codebase to be set up cleanly so it can grow into something production ready, with tests and a structure that makes it easy to extend later.
