Build me a macOS app called Nexus Console that helps me manage my local dev setup from one window. I want it to live in the menu bar, stay running in the background, and feel fast and simple.

It should let me see Homebrew services, start and stop them, restart them, install and remove packages, check for outdated stuff, and run brew update when needed. I also want a ports view so I can see what is using a port and kill the process if it gets stuck. Add a simple health check screen that looks at my Mac and reports useful issues without doing anything risky unless I click to fix it. If Claude Code is installed, show my chat history by project and let me archive old chats. A built in terminal would be great too.

Keep it private and offline, with no accounts, analytics, or cloud sync. Make it feel like a clean native app for macOS 11 or newer.
