Build me a FiveM phone resource for an ESX server based on this old Corleone or HopeV style phone. I want it to feel like a usable in game smartphone with a simple HTML interface, client and server scripts, config files, and the needed SQL setup so it can be dropped into a server and configured.
Keep the scope realistic, this doesn’t need paid support or fancy new features. It should include the basic phone behavior that an ESX roleplay server would expect, with clean configuration, working NUI, and proper resource manifest setup. Please make it easy to install, with database import files and clear places to change settings.
Use the existing project structure if there is one, and make sure the resource starts correctly in FiveM. If anything depends on ESX conventions, wire it up in the normal way. Look up current FiveM or ESX docs online if you need to.
