Build me a minimalist Windows desktop app for downloading videos and audio with yt dlp, using a clean terminal style interface.

I want it to let me paste a link, choose video, audio, or full playlist, pick quality, and start downloads without using the command line. It should also keep a simple history, show active downloads clearly, and let me save presets for my favorite download choices. A browser extension should be included so I can send the current tab to the app and detect downloadable media on web pages, with a badge for things I already downloaded. I’d also like basic cookie support for age restricted or private content, plus automatic updates for the downloader tools so I do not have to manage them myself.
