Build me a small command line app that can log in to Coros Training Hub and bulk export my activities into files I can import somewhere else.

I want one command to download activities into a folder, with options to choose the export format like FIT, GPX, TCX, KML, or CSV, filter by sport type, and limit by date range. It should save one file per activity and work well for running, biking, hiking, swimming, and the other common sports Coros tracks.

I also want a second command that exports my training schedule for the next 7 days into an ICS calendar file, with an option to set the training start time.

Please make it easy to run from the terminal, read the login details from environment variables, show helpful errors, and include clear help text for each command. If you need to check the latest docs for Coros or the file formats, look them up online first.
