Build me a backend for an e commerce app using Node, Express, and MongoDB.

I want users to be able to sign up, log in, and stay authenticated with JWT, and I want admin access too so an admin can manage products, orders, users, and see basic stats. The API should support product listing, search, product details, reviews, cart management, checkout and order history. It should also include payment handling, email notifications, and forgot password plus reset password flow.

Please set it up so it works cleanly with a React frontend, and make sure the routes, controllers, models, and middleware are organized well. Add sensible validation, protected routes, and error handling. If you need to check current docs for any libraries or deployment details, go ahead and look them up online.

I’d like this to be ready to run locally with clear environment config, and deployed friendly for Vercel or similar.
