Build me a simple plant disease checker web app that also works well with an Android app later. Users should be able to sign up, log in, upload a photo of a plant, and get an instant result that tells them the likely disease, what causes it, and how to treat and prevent it. Please support English, Hindi, and Marathi, and show the result in the language the user picks.

I also want a history page for each user so they can see past detections, but don’t store the uploaded images, just the result details. Use a clean, easy to use interface with a home page, login, signup, result page, and history page. It should save data in a local database, log errors for debugging, and use the disease information file to enrich the AI result.
