Build me a terminal app that helps a university student keep track of their degree progress and plan what to take next.

I want it to work like an interactive TUI, where I can load a student transcript, see my current GPA, credits completed, academic standing, and an estimated graduation date. It should understand prerequisite chains, show which classes are available next, and generate a best possible semester by semester plan so I can graduate as fast as possible.

Make it support the university and career setup from the start, and let me add, edit, or remove course grades easily. It would be great if it can import transcript text from Banner or Canvas, and also export a plan to Markdown or an iCal file I can put in Google Calendar.

Please include a clean dashboard, search, live editing, a few color themes, and a simple first time setup flow. If you need to check anything current, look up the docs online.
