Build me a Discord bot that helps people look up Steam stuff right from Discord, both in a server and in DMs.

I want it to have slash commands for setting things up, checking a Steam profile, getting a game’s info, seeing top trending Steam games, and showing how many total hours a user has played across all their games. It should save any needed user data in a small local database so setup only has to happen once. Make it easy to run with a Discord token and Steam API key from an env file, and include whatever basic setup is needed to initialize the database.

Please make the bot feel clean and simple to use, with helpful replies when someone enters the wrong Steam ID or game name. If you need to check current Discord or Steam docs while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
