Build me the Xibo digital signage web app so I can manage screens, upload media, create playlists and layouts, and schedule content to displays from a browser.

I want it to feel like a complete self hosted CMS with a clean admin login, user and permission management, media library, display management, scheduling, and basic reporting. Keep the current Docker based setup working so I can run it locally with a simple one command startup, and make sure the frontend and backend build cleanly.

If anything in the repo is already partially there, finish it in a sensible way instead of starting over. Keep the interface practical and easy to use, and make sure the main flows work end to end, from logging in to publishing content to a screen. Look up current docs online if you need to.
