Build me a simple app for enhancing low quality images and short videos with Real ESRGAN.

I want to be able to upload a picture or a video, pick a model for normal photos or anime style images, choose how much to upscale it, and then download the cleaned up result. It should handle blurry, noisy, compressed, gray, alpha, and 16 bit images if possible, and it would be great if there’s an option to reduce noise a bit without making things look too smooth. For videos, keep the workflow easy, just upload, process, preview, and save.

If it makes sense, include a basic face enhancement option too. Please make the interface clean and friendly, with sensible defaults so a regular person can use it without understanding the tech. Look up the current docs online if you need to.
