Build me an Icecast streaming media server that I can use for an internet radio station or a private jukebox.

It should support WebM and Ogg streaming with Opus, Vorbis, and Theora, and keep legacy support for things like MP3 and AAC if possible. I want a clean web based setup with the usual admin pages, a sample config file, and documentation that makes it easy to start a stream and manage it. If there are any tricky build steps or missing dependencies, look up the current docs online and make it as smooth as possible.
