Build me a free resume builder website like OpenResume.

I want a clean landing page, then a resume builder where someone can type in their name, contact info, work history, projects, education, skills, and see a polished resume update in real time. The resume should use a modern professional layout, be ATS friendly, and let the user download it as a PDF.

Also add a way to upload an existing resume PDF, pull out the information, and use it to start the builder. I also want a resume parser page where someone can upload a PDF and see whether the text is readable for applicant tracking systems.

Please keep it privacy focused. No accounts, no database, and resume data should stay in the browser. Use Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind if that makes sense. Make it look polished and easy for non technical job seekers to use. Look up current docs online if you need to.
