Build me a Fabric client side Minecraft mod that makes block placement feel way smoother. When I hold right click and look at the next block, it should automatically place without me having to time every click, so building fast feels easy and accurate. I also want a simple config so I can turn that behavior on or off, plus a keybind for toggling it in game. If you can, include the newer fast block breaking feature too, where mining feels more instant by removing the usual cooldown, and make that disabled by default.

Keep it clean and lightweight, and make it work nicely with Fabric API. If Mod Menu and Cloth Config are available, use them for the settings screen, and look up current docs online if you need to. I’d like the whole thing set up so it feels like a polished Minecraft mod, with sensible defaults and easy controls.
