Build me an elegant iOS form builder in Swift that lets me create forms in a table view with simple, readable code.

I want to be able to add sections, text fields, switches, dates, phone inputs, and other common form rows, then read all the values back easily. It should support validation, hiding and showing rows or sections based on other inputs, and simple keyboard navigation between fields. Please make it feel polished and easy to use, with a clean example app that shows how to build a few different forms.

I also want a way to create custom rows and custom cells when the built in ones are not enough. If it helps, look up current docs online for any Swift or iOS APIs you need. Keep it Swift 5 compatible and make the package easy to use in a normal iOS project.
