Build me a web app for managing kendo tournaments and championships.

I want it to let me create a tournament quickly, set up championships by category, add competitors one by one or in bulk, and then generate the brackets automatically. It should also help me manage teams, clubs, associations, and federations, and produce useful event documents like fight lists and score sheets. Please include multilingual support for English, French, Spanish, and Japanese, and make the main screens easy to use for someone running an event on the fly.

If it makes sense, use current Laravel best practices and look up any recent docs online if you need to. I also want a simple admin style experience with a way to log in as a super user, seed some demo data, and run it locally without too much setup.
