Build me a customer feedback portal where users can suggest feature ideas, upvote requests, and follow a public roadmap.

I want a clean, modern app with a feed of feature cards, search, filters, sorting, and a form for submitting new requests with tags and markdown text. Users should be able to sign up, log in, and stay signed in with secure sessions, and guests who try to upvote should be prompted to log in first. Upvotes need to feel instant, with the count updating right away and rolling back if something fails.

Also add threaded comments under each request, with replies, edit and delete support, and markdown rendering. The public roadmap should show items in three columns for planned, in progress, and completed, and moving something on the roadmap should update its status everywhere.

Include an admin area where roles can be managed and basic portal stats can be viewed. If you need to check current docs or best practices, look them up online.
