Build me a desktop app called FlyEnv for Windows, Mac, and Linux. I want one place to set up and run local development tools without Docker. I also want AI workflow support built in. Let users install and manage AI coding CLIs from the app, and include an MCP server so AI clients can inspect local services, sites, configs, logs, and some safe lifecycle actions.
