Build me a comprehensive IP quality check script that I can run on my servers. It should be a single shell script, easy to run with just a curl command on most Linux systems and macOS.

When I run it, I want a nice, clean report right in my terminal that tells me everything about the server's IP address for both IPv4 and IPv6. It should show basic info like the ISP and location, but also important quality metrics. I need to know if it's seen as a datacenter/hosting IP, if it's on any blacklists, or has a high fraud score from multiple reputation services.

Crucially, it must check if the IP can access popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and also if it works with ChatGPT. Please also add a check to see if it can connect to major email providers like Gmail and Outlook. The final output should be colorful and well-organized so I can easily screenshot and share it.
