I want to build a tool called Repomix that helps people feed their entire code repositories to LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude. It's always a pain to copy-paste files one by one, so this tool should pack a whole project into a single, AI-friendly output file.

It should primarily be a command-line tool that you can run with npx in any project folder. It needs to be smart enough to respect .gitignore files and also have its own ignore file. A key feature is it should count the tokens so the user knows if it will fit in the AI's context window. It also needs to find and remove any secrets or API keys before generating the output.

In addition to the CLI, let's build a simple website for it where someone can just paste in a public GitHub URL and get the packed code. And for ultimate convenience, create a browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that adds a "Repomix" button right onto GitHub repository pages. Let's build everything with TypeScript.
