Build me a polished web app for cryptorebate.app, a trusted crypto exchange rebate comparison site where people compare first, then register through referral links. I want pages for 7 exchanges, Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, Gate.io, KuCoin, and Huobi or HTX, and the site should support 11 languages with English as the default and Chinese still included.

Each exchange page should clearly show rebate rate, trading fees, KYC requirements, who the exchange is best for, and the official signup link. I also want the SEO content pages for referral code, signup and KYC, fees and rebate, official site, app download, and safety review across locales. Add sitemap and feed support, and make the www domain redirect to the main domain.

Please include a simple backend for getting exchange data and recording outbound clicks, but only track analytics and clicks after the user gives consent. I also want an admin area that shows SEO and partner status, search console data, earnings sync status, and distribution queue status for Telegram and X.
