Build me a Codex skill I can drop into my local skills folder that audits any website for Google AdSense application readiness. I want to be able to call it with @adsense site auditor, or a similar fallback command, then give it a URL and get back a thorough audit that checks the site against AdSense help, program policies, publisher policies, and publisher restrictions.

The main thing is that it should produce a complete checklist style report covering all 73 requirement IDs, and mark each one as Pass, Fail, Unknown, or N slash A. It should look at things like site ownership readiness, original versus copied or low value content, navigation and user experience issues, redirects and popups, crawler access, robots, login walls, privacy policy, cookies, consent, COPPA, and ad restrictions.

Please set it up as a proper skill folder with the prompt entry file, reference docs, usage examples, and a packaged zip if that makes sense. If any policy details need refreshing, check the current Google docs online and use those as the source of truth.
