Build me an open source Android AI assistant that can actually use my phone for me, not just chat. I want to be able to say or type something like “check tomorrow’s weather, text my wife if it rains, and set an alarm for 6” and have it break that into steps, do each one on the device, verify the result, and recover if something fails.

It should control common phone actions like calls, texts, WhatsApp, alarms, reminders, screenshots, maps, media controls, and basic system toggles. Use accessibility and screen reading so it can see what is on screen and interact with apps, with a fallback for older phones. Give it memory for current context, past tasks, saved preferences, and reusable workflows.

I also want hands free voice support with a wake word, speech to text, and spoken replies. Let me choose from cloud or local AI models, with automatic fallback if one provider fails. Make the UI feel premium, dark, futuristic, and easy to use, with chat, plan, memory, and settings screens. Please wire up onboarding for permissions too, and look up current Android docs online if needed.
