Build me a full stack web app called MeetHub that works like a simple Zoom clone.

I want users to be able to sign up, log in, and then create or join a meeting with a shareable link or code. Inside the meeting, people should be able to turn their camera and mic on and off, see each other in real time, and send live chat messages during the call. It should also show when someone joins or leaves, and save the chat and meeting code so late joiners can catch up.

After logging in, users should have a clean home screen and a history page where they can see past meetings they attended. Use a modern, polished interface, something simple and friendly with good spacing and clear buttons.
