Build me a Chrome browser extension with a small backend that acts like a privacy first AI assistant for web pages.

It should look at the current page, detect sensitive things like passwords, emails, phone numbers, Aadhaar or PAN style IDs, and faces, then hide or blur them locally before anything is sent out. I want a clear privacy shield panel in the extension, with live counts of what was found and redacted, plus a way to inspect the sanitized view and see a privacy score. The extension should also be able to send only the cleaned up page context to a server that plans simple browser actions like click, type, and scroll, then returns a structured action plan.
