Build me a web app called GetReel where I can paste an Instagram Reel or YouTube link and it tells me what the video is actually about. For Instagram reels, I want it to check the caption, comments, bio, and related links, then give me the full step by step roadmap or guide if there really is one, plus any hidden link it finds. If the reel is just entertainment or there is nothing useful in it, the app should say that honestly instead of making something up. I also want the reel to be downloadable, and YouTube links should just download with a quality choice.

Make the UI feel fast and simple, with a live progress screen while it is processing, and a clear results page at the end. Use a modern frontend and a Python backend, and if you need current docs for the tools involved, look them up online.
