Build me a secure personal finance management backend that helps users track their money in a simple, reliable way.

I want people to be able to sign up, log in, and get a JWT so only they can see their own data. The API should let each user add, view, edit, and delete transactions, mark them as income or expense, filter them by date or category, and paginate results. It should also support monthly budgets by category, prevent duplicate budgets, and show how much of a budget has been used, what is left, and whether it is within limit, close to the limit, or over it.

Please also include financial summaries like monthly income and expense totals, net balance, spending by category, highest spending category, and month to month comparisons. Add proper validation, clean error responses, Swagger docs with auth support, and automated tests. Use a Spring Boot backend with a MySQL database, and make it production ready so it can be deployed in the cloud.
