Build me a web app called HackerMate for hackathon teams and builders.

I want people to be able to sign up, create a profile with their skills and college, browse open hackathons, and find teammates who match what they need. There should be a clean dashboard for seeing connections, team invites, messages, notifications, and the hackathons they joined. Users should be able to form teams, chat in real time, reply to messages, mention teammates, and pin useful links like Figma or GitHub.

Also include special pages for hackathon partners and individual hackathons, plus a team workspace where members can manage the team and see an overview of everything. Add an admin style area for organizers or SPOCs, and make sure some actions are protected so only the right team members can export or change team data. Use Supabase for login, database, and realtime updates, and make the UI feel modern, fast, and mobile friendly. If you need anything, look up current docs online first.
