Build me an internal team kudos wall app where employees can sign in, give each other recognition, and see a live feed of appreciation across the company.

I want users to be able to send kudos with preset point amounts, pick a teammate, add a short message, and tag company values like teamwork, innovation, and ownership. Make sure people can’t give points to themselves and the point balance is checked properly before sending. The app should also have a social style feed with reactions, search, filters by department, and pagination.

Add a leaderboard so managers and teams can quickly see who’s being recognized most, plus profile pages that show how much kudos someone has given and received, along with badges for milestones. Include login, refresh sessions, email verification style flows, and password reset support. Use a clean modern UI that feels polished on desktop and mobile, and wire up both the frontend and backend so it runs locally end to end.
