Build me a polished full stack app called NeuroCharge for monitoring EV battery health.

I want a modern landing page that explains the product, then a real time dashboard where I can view battery telemetry, live health status, thermal anomaly alerts, SOH and RUL predictions, and simple preservation recommendations. The dashboard should feel animated and futuristic, with smooth scrolling sections, subtle reveal animations, moving counters, and an interactive battery visualization that makes the data feel alive.

The backend should expose secure API endpoints for login, telemetry ingestion, battery status, health, predictions, and recommendations, and it should store data in a local database.
