Build me a super fast Windows app for editing Abaqus .inp files.

I want it to open huge models really quickly, even files with millions of node and element lines, without freezing or using a ton of memory. Most of the big mesh tables should stay on disk and show up as placeholder lines, while the smaller editable parts stay fully editable in the text editor. Keep the real line numbers accurate, and make saving safe so the file goes back out without losing untouched data.

Please add helpful editing features like syntax highlighting, instant error warnings, background model checks, autocomplete, go to line or node or element, jump to definitions, find references, compare two input files, and an outline panel for parts, sets, materials, and steps. It should also let me split big data blocks into separate include files and save part meshes or data blocks in bulk. Make it feel lightweight, polished, and responsive, like a proper native desktop tool for Windows.
