Build me a fully local offline mirror of the Subway Surfers WebGL Reborn maps site, with a simple launcher page and a local server so I can open it in the browser and play without any internet connection.

I want the main site to work on localhost, with clean routes for each map, a gallery that shows the available maps, and the ability to launch the normal game, pogo mode, and training mode where supported. Please make it feel like a real offline version of the original site, not a mockup, and keep it all self contained with no data collected.

If anything is broken because of cached files or local storage, add a repair option that clears the local browser data and reloads. Also make sure the setup script can install or fix everything in one go, and if needed look up current docs online for any Unity or browser details.
