Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small workflow for turning Vienna Kappazunder street view images and LiDAR into something I can use for 3D Gaussian Splatting.

I want to be able to pick a small area of interest, select the camera images that actually cover it, export the scene in a COLMAP friendly format, and convert the matching LiDAR into a colored point cloud. It should work with the Kappazunder folder structure from the city download, and use the map coordinates correctly so the scene lines up.

Please also include a few optional tools for masking dynamic objects and generating depth or normals, since those might help with cleaner splats. A simple notebook based workflow and a couple of scripts are fine, as long as the steps are easy to follow.

If it helps, look up any current docs online for COLMAP or the 3DGS viewer tools so the outputs are usable in something like Spirula Studio or Lichtfeld Studio.
