Build me a simple installable web app to help someone study for the Claude Certified Architect exam over 9 weeks. I want it to feel like a clean study tracker that works well on mobile, can be added to the home screen, and still works offline.

The app should let me go week by week, see the focus for that week, check off study tasks, read key concepts, and open study materials with free and paid resources clearly marked. I also want a progress area that shows overall completion and a daily streak, plus a quiz section with around 22 questions spread across 7 exam domains. Please include a first time setup flow where I can enter my name and exam date, and a settings area to update that later.

Make sure progress is saved locally, and add export and import with JSON so someone can back up or move their data. A simple polished interface is enough. If you need details on the exam topics or PWA behavior, look up current docs online.
