Build me a macOS app that sits in the menu bar and lets me manage all my coding agents in one place.

I want to be able to add different providers like API keys or signed in subscriptions, then pick which model each agent uses, like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and other supported tools. It should act like a local gateway so the agents just connect to one place, and it handles the routing, streaming, and switching between accounts when one quota runs out.

Please include a simple GUI, a terminal view, and a few CLI commands for adding providers, choosing models, checking quota, saving profiles, and switching profiles. It should keep each agent’s config neat and only change what’s needed. If you need current model or provider details, look up the latest docs online.
