Build me a simple notes app where I can add, view, and delete student notes.

I want a clean page in the browser with a form for a note title and note content, then a list of saved notes shown newest first. Each note should be easy to remove with a delete button. When I add a note, it should save to the backend and show up right away on the page. When I reload the page, the notes should still be there because they come from a database.

Use a React frontend and a Node and Express backend with MongoDB for storage. Keep the styling simple with plain CSS, nothing fancy. I’d like the app split into a client side and a server side, and the backend should expose basic routes for creating, fetching, and deleting notes.
