Build me an app called AgentSkillOS that helps someone create an AI agent by finding the right skills from a huge skill library, then combining those skills into a working workflow automatically. I want a browser interface where I can describe a task, see the suggested skills, inspect the workflow visually, and step in at any point to guide or edit what happens. It should also have a command line mode for running jobs in batches, resuming interrupted runs, and showing clear progress and logs.

The main value is skill discovery, smart composition, and traceable execution. Make it easy to plug in more skills later, and include examples like bug diagnosis, UI research, paper promotion, and short video creation so people can see how it works. Add observability so each step shows outputs and metadata for debugging. If it is already in the repo, include the benchmark and comparison flow too. Look up current docs online if you need to.
