Build me a VS Code extension that makes TypeScript errors much easier to read.

When I get a messy compiler error, I want it rewritten in a cleaner, more human friendly way, with the important types highlighted in my theme colors so it is easier to scan. If possible, add small actions next to parts of the error that let me jump to the related type definition, open a plain English explanation online, or view a more detailed breakdown of the error. It should work for regular TypeScript files, JavaScript with type errors, and common frontend files like React, Astro, Svelte, and Vue when TypeScript is enabled.

Make it feel polished and native in VS Code, and use the existing error panel rather than building a separate app. If you need to check current VS Code or TypeScript extension behavior, look up the latest docs online first.
