Build me a simple eDocs web app where an admin can log in, manage document related settings, and start using it right away with a seeded super admin account.

I want it to feel like a basic office document system, with a clean browser based interface, a login page, protected admin area, and database backed data storage. Please set it up so it can be installed with the usual Laravel style steps, including environment config, database migration, seeding, and a dev server for local use. Use Vue for the user facing parts where it makes sense, and make the whole thing easy to run after cloning the repo.
