Build me a local first digital forensics and incident response app that lets me create cases, upload evidence, and investigate everything in one place.

I want a self hosted web app with a clean dashboard for cases, evidence intake, search, timeline, artifact views, findings, and report writing. It should handle Windows and Linux evidence, including disk images and memory where possible, and normalize the data so I can search across events without a lot of noise. I also want integrity tracking for evidence, a simple workflow for adding notes and promoting important events into findings, and a way to export a markdown report at the end.

Please make it run locally with Docker, with a frontend and backend, and set it up so a first time user can create an admin account in the browser. If you need to look up current docs or best practices online, do that too.
