Build me a small desktop app called Agent Cat. I want it to sit quietly in the macOS menu bar and Windows system tray, then show what my local coding agents are doing.

It should watch Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI using local metadata and connector snapshots only. Show a simple popover with current activity, recent sessions, connector status, basic usage trends, and any setup problems. On first launch, guide me through installing or enabling the local connectors.

Privacy is really important. Do not store prompts, responses, chat history, or code content. Only read safe metadata like process names, CPU usage, and opt in usage events. Make this clear inside the app.

Please also set up packaging so I can create a macOS DMG and a Windows installer, with basic release notes and install instructions. Keep the design friendly, lightweight, and easy to understand. Look up current docs online if you need to.
