Build me MajorLogic, a trustworthy laptop recommendation platform for college students.

A student should be able to enter their major, budget, and what they care about most, then get clear laptop recommendations with plain language explanations. The app should feel neutral and honest, not like it’s just pushing the highest commission product. Show why each laptop was chosen, what tradeoffs it has, whether the catalog data is fresh, and include a simple trust or integrity certificate for the recommendation.

Include accounts so users can register, log in, save up to 20 past decisions, reload them later, and update their name or password. Add buy buttons that route through the backend, email capture before Amazon redirects, price drop alerts, sharing links, privacy and terms pages, and an admin/reporting area with health, catalog freshness, integrity status, and Telegram alerts.

Use the existing monorepo setup with the API, React user interface, admin UI, Postgres migrations, tests, and Railway style deployment. Look up current docs online if needed.
