Build me a local app that can find Minecraft Java seeds from a plain English request, like asking for plains at the origin, a nearby village, and a cherry grove within a certain distance.

I want it to work fully on my computer, with a command line tool, a local browser app, and an MCP integration so an AI client can call it. It should search real seeds locally, rank the best matches, show progress and results clearly, and let me inspect or compare candidates.
