Build me an Android VPN app called Zapret KVN that feels fast and simple, but gives people a lot of control.

It should let the user import VPN profiles from JSON, links, subscriptions, QR codes, files, clipboard, and WireGuard or AmneziaWG configs, then pick one profile and connect with a single button. The app should also let the user choose which installed apps go through the VPN and which ones stay blocked or go directly, so only selected traffic uses the tunnel.

I want the default experience to be sensible for Russian users, with most local apps and Russian sites going direct, while things like YouTube, Discord, Telegram, and foreign services can go through VPN. Keep it clear in the UI what is selected, what is blocked, and what is going direct.
