ysdragon/StreamBot ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Discord self bot that can stream videos into a voice or video channel from a few different sources, like local files, YouTube links or searches, Twitch streams and any direct video URL it can handle. I want a simple queue so I can line up multiple videos, skip one, stop playback, and check what is coming next.

Please also add a web dashboard where I can manage the video library, upload new videos, download from a URL, see thumbnails, and change settings while it is running. The bot should read its config from an env file, with things like my Discord token, server id, command channel, and video folder. It should work from the command line too, with basic commands like play, list, queue, status, preview, ping, and config.

Make it easy to run locally and with Docker, and if you need current docs for Discord streaming or video handling, look them up online.
