Build me a Python tool for malware researchers that works like a safe local catalog of live malware samples for education and analysis. It should open with a clear warning and EULA style disclaimer that these files are dangerous and should only be handled in an isolated VM.
I want a simple command line experience where I can search the malware database in a flexible way, list matching samples, view basic details like name, platform, architecture, hashes, source or binary type, and retrieve a chosen sample from encrypted zip storage only after the warning is accepted. The samples should stay organized in folders with the encrypted archive, SHA256, MD5, and password file.
Also include a helper script where someone can prepare a new malware file for submission by creating the right folder and hash files. Keep the project easy to run with Python, include requirements, and make the code readable enough for security students to learn from. If there is already a basic GUI entry point, keep it simple and optional.
