Build me an AI studio for making short dramas, motion comics, and storyboard videos from a simple story idea. I want a clean dark workspace where someone can start a project, enter a plot or story outline, and get a structured script plus shot list. Then there should be a stage to create and manage character looks, costume variations, and scene reference images, including the option to upload images manually.

After that, I want a work area to generate start and end keyframes for each shot, turn those into short video clips, track render status and logs, and keep everything tied to the same project so the characters and scenes stay consistent. Finally, add a production and export section where I can preview clips in order and download videos, frames, and assets. Also include a prompt and asset management view so I can edit character, scene, keyframe, and video prompts in one place.

Please make it work as both a web app and a Windows desktop app, store project data locally, and let me enter a GitCC API key in settings. Look up current docs online if you need to.
