Build me a clean personal portfolio website with React and Vite, using the existing setup in this repo. I want it to feel modern and polished, with a strong hero section, an about me section, a projects showcase, skills, experience or education, and a contact area that makes it easy for people to reach out.

Make it responsive on mobile and desktop, and keep the design simple but professional with smooth scrolling and nice spacing. Use the styling setup already in the project, and make sure the pages and components are organized in a way that’s easy to update later with my own content and project links.
