yuri-dzt/bloom ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want you to turn this repo into a working first version of Bloom using the docs that are already here as the source of truth. Please read the PRD, roadmap, changelog, and any notes in the repo, then build the actual product they describe in JavaScript with the main user flow working end to end.

Keep it practical and shippable, not overengineered. Make sensible choices where the docs are vague, but do not invent big extra features that are not supported by what is written. I want something I can run locally, click through, and understand right away.

Please set up whatever is missing, wire up the core screens or logic, and leave the project in a clean state. Add a simple README that explains what Bloom does, how to start it, and what is still unfinished. If you need to, look up current docs online, but keep the implementation aligned with the repo docs.
