Build me a simple full stack app for registering people with their face and then finding them later by facial recognition.

I want a page where I can add a person, upload a photo or use my camera, and save their face in the system. Then I want another screen where I can take a photo and see if it matches someone already registered, with the closest result shown clearly. It would be nice if the app also shows basic face details like age, gender, and ethnicity when available.

Use the existing project setup and make it easy to run locally with Docker. Keep the interface straightforward and friendly, something I can open in the browser and use right away. If you need to check current docs or examples for the face matching parts, go ahead and look them up online.
